Gabriel Garro, born 1986, in San Jose, Costa Rica, is a Costa Rican model, best known as a semifinalist at the Manhunt International 2006 representing Costa Rica.
Garro was raised in the town of Pavas in San Jose. He is currently a model and is a 3rd year student of Business Administration. He has also worked at compaines involving marketing, e-marketing, software development, e-business, and customer service which led him to develop some experience in what he is studying.
Gabriel was selected out of a batch of male models in Costa Rica to compete in the annual Manhunt International competition. He arrived in China on April 13 for the 2006 competition and was a favorite by many to win. On April 20th, he competed with 53 other man for the title. Gabriel finished in the top 15, but was out of the top 5. He also bagged the Mr. Photogenic title. Many were surprised that he didn’t win or at least make the top 5. He is the third semifinalist from his country of Costa Rica.
