Song Seung-hun (born Song Seung-bok on October 5, 1976) is a South Korean actor. He started his career as a model in 1995, modelling for the brand name STORM, and began acting in sit-coms and TV dramas in 1996. In 1999 he made his film debut in Calla and has since then gathered prominent fan base throughout Asia.
Song is noted for his role in Korean dramas like Autumn Fairy Tale (2000) and Summer Scent. Song, during his late teenage years, successfully evaded serving the local army by claims of heavy diabetes and high blood pressure. At 28, he was discovered by the South Korean government and forced to serve the army for two years. Many fans pleaded for the government of South Korea not to take such a drastic action. Song, feeling guilty of himself, apologised to his fellow countrymen.
Despite pleas from his fans to the South Korean government, they feared that by giving clemency to Song would spark off riots and strikes by the people’s displeasure of breaching equitity among citizens. In the end, Song temporarily dropped acting to serve the army until 2006, although he was diagnosed with high blood pressure. Song was discharged on November 15 as a Corporal.
Kangta (강타) (born October 10, 1979) is a South Korean singer, first known as the lead singer of legendary boy band H.O.T. (High-five of Teenagers). Kangta, his stage name, is the symbol for great hit in Hangul as An Chilhyun is his real name.
He has been a vigorous songwriter and composer, having written over 100 songs[1] for H.O.T.’s albums as well as for other groups and singers like NRG and Fly to the Sky. Choi Shi Won was discovered by the Starlight Casting System in 2003 and debuted as a member of Super Junior in 2005. However, he was first officially seen in a music video for fellow label-mate Dana when she was still a solo singer. Rain (Real name: Jung Ji-Hoon, born on 25 June 1982 in Seoul) is a male Korean R&B and pop singer. He has become well-known throughout East and Southeast Asia — including Japan, Hong Kong, Korea, Taiwan, Mainland China, Vietnam and Thailand.
South Korean pop star Rain, a pan-Asian heartthrob, has become the first entertainer from his country to make People magazine’s annual “100 Most Beautiful People” list.
“I am very honoured. This will be a great boon to my efforts to raise public awareness of me in the United States,” Rain was quoted as saying on his agent’s website.
“I never expected this to happen to me. This is the best news for me this year.”
Since his debut in 2002 Rain, whose real name is Jung Ji-Hoon, has personified the “Korean Wave” of pop music, films and TV dramas sweeping across Asia.

Rain became interested in R&B and Hiphop dancing when he was in 6th grade. As a teenager, he was a member of a boy band called Fanclub. The group was short-lived, and soon disbanded. Yet he still pressed forward, always dancing, dreaming to become a singer. Rain then began auditioning for various talent agencies.
